These terms, along with the Privacy Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and any special conditions specified on the product page, constitute the regulatory framework governing the relationship between Gamstery and the customer, without prejudice to any rights or obligations established by law.

2. Agency and Execution of Digital Products

For digital products provided upon request, the customer agrees upon order completion to authorize Gamstery as an agent to execute the purchase or provision of the specified product. Please note that some digital products are executed through a proxy purchase/provision system on behalf of the customer, according to the specified specifications, in exchange for the fees and service charges announced prior to checkout. The store's fees or the amount due for executing the order are determined before the order is finalized. Completing an order does not imply that Gamstery previously owned the requested digital product; rather, it executes the provision or purchase on behalf of the customer according to the product's nature.

3. Eligibility to Use the Site

By using the site, you acknowledge that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the extent necessary to fulfill your order.

If you are under the legal age to enter into an independent contract, the site must be used and orders must be placed under the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Acceptance of Orders and Pricing Details

Completing an order through the site does not necessarily mean final acceptance. Gamstery Store reserves the right to review the order and verify:

2. The availability of the product or the feasibility of executing it.
3. The accuracy of the price.
4. The ability to execute the order according to the requested specifications.
5. The validity of the payment method.

The order becomes confirmed once Gamstery Store accepts it or begins its execution, depending on the nature of the product. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be contacted, and appropriate action will be taken, including refunding the paid amount where applicable.

Please note that in some cases, an order may not be approved for various reasons. The site administrators reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. Before accepting an order, we may ask you to provide additional information or data to verify certain details, including but not limited to phone number and address.

6. Digital Products

6.1 Execution of Digital Products

Some digital products offered by Gamstery Store are executed electronically through the customer's account or via the digital delivery methods specified on the product page. In cases where the product is provided in the form of an agency or authorization for execution, the customer, by completing the order and agreeing to these terms, authorizes Gamstery to execute the purchase or provision of the requested digital product on their behalf, according to the specifications outlined on the product page and in the order. Gamstery's role in this case is to execute the order according to the agreed-upon specifications.

6.2 Scope of Authorization

The authorization includes, depending on the nature of the product, whatever is necessary to execute the order, such as:

1. Purchasing or providing the requested digital product.
2. Using the appropriate purchasing method or supplier to fulfill the order.
3. Entering the account data provided by the customer when necessary.
4. Adding or activating the product on the specified account.
5. Completing the delivery or execution process for the customer.

The authorization does not extend to any use unrelated to the execution of the order.

6.3 Order Specifications

The product is executed according to the specifications displayed on the product page at the time of order completion, including (depending on the product): Name, Quantity, Duration, Platform, Subscription Type, Region or Country, Activation Method, Delivery Type, and any additional requirements specified prior to purchase. If the product is executed with specifications differing from the agreed-upon ones, the customer must contact the store immediately upon discovering the issue, and it will be handled according to the Return and Exchange Policy.

6.4 Order Execution Fees

In cases where the store acts as an agent for the customer, the paid amount may include the cost of executing the order and the agreed-upon or advertised fees. The total amount payable by the customer is clarified before checkout.

7. Customer Responsibility for the Account

If a product execution is requested on a customer's account, the customer must have the right to use the account or be authorized to use it. The customer must not submit account details belonging to another person without their permission. The customer bears responsibility for any issues resulting from incorrect data, an invalid account, changing account details during execution, inability to access the email or required verification method, or providing incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Non-Refundable Digital Products After Execution

Due to the nature of certain digital products, it may be impossible to restore the product to its previous state after it has been executed, activated, or added to the customer's account. Therefore, it may not be possible to cancel the order or return the product after execution, in cases permitted by law. This does not affect any mandatory legal right of the customer in the event of an error on our part or if the product does not match the agreed specifications, which will be handled in accordance with the applicable Return and Exchange Policy.

9. Trademarks and Copyrights

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, on the site, and all content information and designs contained on the site, are our property. This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, as well as all software compilations, underlying source code, and software. All rights reserved.

10. Physical Products

Physical products are subject to the specifications outlined on the product page at the time of purchase. Some minor, non-material details in shape or colors may vary due to differences in monitor settings, lighting and photography conditions, the nature of printing, or variations in production batches. These differences are not considered a defect if the product matches the core advertised specifications.

11. Inspection of Physical Products Upon Receipt

The customer is advised to inspect the product upon receipt to ensure it is intact and matches the order. Failure to inspect upon receipt does not in itself waive any legal right of the customer. In the event of obvious damage caused by shipping, a defect in the product, or a material difference from the order, you must contact us as soon as possible, providing required evidence such as photos or videos.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Physical products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. The customer must provide the correct name, a valid phone number, the correct address, the governorate and region, and any additional data required for delivery. Any delay caused by incorrect information or the customer's failure to respond to the shipping company may affect the delivery date. Delivery times vary depending on the governorate, the shipping company, and the nature of the order. Digital products are executed electronically within the timeframe specified.

13. Payment

The order value must be paid using the available and approved payment methods on the site. The payment method used must be owned by the customer or used with the owner's permission. The store reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order if unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal payment activity is suspected.

14. Exchange and Return

All exchange and return operations are subject to Gamstery's Return and Exchange Policy. For physical products, rights and procedures related to exchanges, returns, and defects are applied in accordance with the law and the published policy. Therefore, the store's Return Policy is a part of these terms and not a substitute for mandatory legal rights.

15. Custom or Made-to-Order Products

If a product is manufactured or prepared according to specific specifications requested by the customer, special provisions regarding cancellation and return may apply in accordance with the law and the nature of the product. 16. Warranty

If the product is covered by a warranty, the warranty duration and terms will be detailed on the product page or the warranty document. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse or use contrary to product instructions, unless the warranty or the law states otherwise.

You shall not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions. We may remove or edit any Submissions, but we are not obligated to do so.

22. Service Interruption and Force Majeure

Order fulfillment may be delayed or temporarily unavailable due to circumstances beyond the store's control, such as external platform outages, payment service issues, internet or technical system failures, supplier service disruptions, shipping company issues, emergencies, disasters, governmental decisions, or any events beyond the store's reasonable control. If a resolution cannot be reached, the customer's statutory rights remain preserved, including the right to resort to the competent authorities. Should any provision of these terms conflict with an applicable mandatory legal provision, the mandatory legal provision shall apply, and the remainder of these terms shall remain in effect to the extent they do not conflict with it.

27. Acceptance of Terms Upon Order Completion

Before completing the order, the customer acknowledges that they have read the Terms of Use, understood the nature of the requested product, reviewed the price, specifications, and delivery method, and agreed to the Return & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy. For digital products executed via an agency model, the customer authorizes the store to execute the purchase or provision of the requested product on their behalf in accordance with the specifications and terms outlined in the order.

28. Revocation of Consent / Termination

In addition to any legal or equitable remedies, we may, immediately and without prior notice to you, terminate these Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under these Terms and Conditions. Upon any termination of this agreement, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the site. In addition to legal or equitable remedies, we may immediately revoke all passwords or other account identifiers issued to you and deny your access to and use of this site in whole or in part. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the site administrators shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such suspension or termination.
